Privacy Policy

This is a short policy because we collect very little. This site exists to answer quote requests — not to profile visitors.
1. Information we collect
Information you send us. When you submit the quote or contact form (or email us directly), we receive what you type: your name, company, work email, optional phone number, and the contents of your request.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify or profile you.
What we don’t collect: this site currently runs no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and sets no tracking cookies. There is no account system and no payment processing on this site.
2. How we use your information
- To answer your quote request or message — the reason you sent it.
- To follow up on that same inquiry.
- To maintain business records of quotes and correspondence.
We do not sell your information, share it with data brokers, or add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for.
3. Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend (an email delivery service) and received in our business email. The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. These providers process data only to provide those services.
4. Data retention
Quote requests and correspondence are retained as ordinary business records — quotes may turn into orders, and lot-traceability obligations require us to keep order history. You may ask us to delete correspondence that didn’t result in a transaction.
5. Your rights
Email [email protected] to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the access, correction, and deletion rights above apply, and we respond within 45 days.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel encrypted to our email. Access to that inbox is limited to the people who answer quotes — which, today, is the founder.
7. Children
This is a business-to-business site not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
